Commercial Property Services

CAP's services are performed by its national network of independent contractors, a group of experts in handling commercial real estate. CAP's independent contractor network is composed of local and regional commercial maintenance and commercial facility services personnel along with commercial building contractors, strategically located throughout the United States and Canada. Complementing these general contractors are individually licensed specialists in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, roofing, and other highly skilled tasks. All of CAP's independent contractors are experts that are familiar with local property rules and regulations. Because CAP's contractors are local you do not incur travel related costs for the completion of your work. The CAP team has handled property maintenance and inspections at more than one million properties.
